Requirements
- College diploma in IT, Computer Support, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer or technical support.
- Knowledge of mobile apps and troubleshooting on iOS/Android devices.
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Desk).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Duties
- Provide first-line support to UniiqBorn app users (via email, chat, or phone).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues or escalate to the dev team when needed.
- Create and maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and solutions.
- Train users on new features and updates.
- Collect feedback from customers to inform product improvements.
