Requirements

  • College diploma in IT, Computer Support, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer or technical support.
  • Knowledge of mobile apps and troubleshooting on iOS/Android devices.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Desk).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties

  • Provide first-line support to UniiqBorn app users (via email, chat, or phone).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues or escalate to the dev team when needed.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and solutions.
  • Train users on new features and updates.
  • Collect feedback from customers to inform product improvements.
